As a general rule, we do not handle the following information through the Service.
- My Number (the Japanese individual identification number) and other Specific Personal Information as defined under Japanese law
- Bank account details, credit card information, and other payment information
- Detailed personal information that is not required for our operations, such as home addresses or personal phone numbers
- Non-public confidential information and other information that we separately designate as outside the scope of handling
3. Purposes of Use

- Measurement applies only to users who are logged in and have consented to tracking in the Cookie Settings. Until consent is given, Google Analytics does not run and no related cookies are created.
- The information collected consists of page view history, the names of company and organization profiles viewed, search keywords, the titles of downloaded reports, and the domain portion of the user's email address (the part after "@"), which is used to classify affiliated organizations. We do not send full email addresses, names, or any other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.

- Consent may be withdrawn at any time from the Cookie Settings screen. After withdrawal, no further measurement takes place.
7. Security Control Measures
We implement necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and otherwise to ensure its safe management. The principal measures are as follows.
- Management of access privileges
- Use of authentication mechanisms
- Collection and retention of access logs
- Appropriate management of system configurations, including those involving external services
- Review and improvement as needed
8. Disclosure and Other Requests Regarding Retained Personal Data
